"A place for everything and everything in its place" might be the best way to describe this elegant jewelry chest which is hand made in Florence, Italy, by Agresti. This fine cabinet factory has been family run for 60 years and is world-renowned as the leading cabinetry artists of the jewelry box industry. The case is fabricated using Birdseye Maple veneer bonded to supporting Poplar panels which are laminated with 12 layers in opposite directions to prevent warping. There are a number of partitioned drawers for storing all manner and shapes of watches, broaches, rings, bracelets and associated jewelry, as well as two slide-out necklace holders. Lift up the chest top to find additional fitted storage for rings and earrings and other jewelry items. All surfaces are covered in luxurious créme suede to prevent any damage to finely polished jewelry. Both drawers and lift top are lockable and all hardware is 24 karat gold plated.
